Acara dimulai dengan Menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan Hymne Mahkamah Agung, Pembacaan Ayat Suci Al Qur&#8217;an oleh Bapak Safrizar, S.H., kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Sholawat. Lalu Pembacaan Petikan Surat Keputusan Sekma oleh Sisca Eva Nora, S.H.
