Mochamad Arief Pratomo, S.H., M.H., memimpin Acara Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan dan Melantik Bapak Edi Septa Surhaza, S.H., M.H., sebagai Wakil Ketua Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh. Acara berlangsung di Ruang Sidang Utama Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh dan dihadiri oleh Hakim, Pejabat Fungsional, Pejabat Struktural, ASN, PPNPN pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh serta Mahasiswa Magang dari UIN Ar Raniry Banda Aceh.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Acara Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan dan Pelantikan dimulai dari Pukul 10.00 WIB dengan disaksikan oleh Ibu Dra. Hj. Rosnah Zaleha (Hakim Utama Muda Mahkamah Syar&#8217;iyah Banda Aceh) sebagai Saksi 1 dan Bapak Bukhari, S.H., (Hakim Utama Muda Mahkamah Syar&#8217;iyah Banda Aceh) sebagai Saksi 2 dan yang bertindak sebagai Saksi Penyumpah ialah Bapak Ust. Umar Ismail, S.Ag (Penyuluh Agama Kanwil Kemenag Kota Banda Aceh). Acara berjalan dengan khidmat dengan diawali oleh Pembacaan Ayat Suci Al Qur&#8217;an yang dibawakan oleh Tgk. Zhafir Al Faruqi dan dilanjutkan dengan shalawat, lalu dilanjutkan dengan menyanyikan Lagu Indonesia Raya yang dilanjutkan dengan Hymne Mahkamah Agung kemudian Pembacaan Kutipan Surat Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung RI yang dibacakan oleh Sdr. Zulfiadi, S.IP., M.A, setelah itu Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan dan Pelantikan pun dilakukan oleh Bapak Ketua PTUN Banda Aceh.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr
