Husban, S.H., M.H. melaksanakan pengambilan sumpah jabatan dan pelantikan Bapak Effendi, S.H., sebagai Wakil Ketua pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh. Acara Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan dan Pelantikan tersebut dilaksanakan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung RI No. 228\/KMA\/SK\/XI\/2021 Tentang Pemberhentian, Pemindahan Dan Pengangkatan Ketua, Wakil Ketua Dan Hakim Di Lingkungan Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara.<br \/>\nAcara berlangsung di Ruang Sidang Utama Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh dan dihadiri oleh seluruh Hakim, Pejabat Fungsional, Pejabat Struktural, ASN dan PPNPN pada PTUN Banda Aceh. Turut Hadir sebagai Saksi yakni : Yang Mulia Wakil Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Banda Acah Bapak Edi Subagiyo, S.H., M.H., dan Yang Mulia Hakim pada Pengadilan Negeri Banda Aceh Bapak Mukhlis, S.H.<br \/>\nUntuk menambah keberkahan, Acara dimulai dengan melantunkan Ayat Suci Al Qur&#8217;an dan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan shalawat.<br \/>\nAcara berjalan dengan lancar dan khidmat dan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian ucapan selamat yang dimulai dari Bapak Ketua kemudian diikuti oleh Hakim, Pejabat Fungsional, Pejabat Struktural, ASN dan PPNPN dan diakhiri dengan Foto Bersama.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut
