Acara Dimulai Pada Pukul 10.00 WIB., bertempat di Ruang Sidang Utama, dihadiri oleh, Para Hakim, Pejabat Struktural Dan Fungsional Serta Seluruh Pegawai Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh, dan para Undangan.
