{"id":3205,"date":"2020-01-27T12:45:56","date_gmt":"2020-01-27T05:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ptun-bandaaceh.go.id\/?p=3205"},"modified":"2021-01-18T15:49:04","modified_gmt":"2021-01-18T08:49:04","slug":"3205","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ptun-bandaaceh.go.id\/?p=3205","title":{"rendered":"Pelantikan Panitera dan Jurusita Pengganti Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Banda Aceh,&nbsp; Senin, 27 Januari 2020, Ketua Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh Bapak Yusri Arbi, S.H.,M.H., mengambil Sumpah Jabatan dan melantik Panitera dan Jurusita Pengganti pada Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh, Bapak Muhammad Nur Mahdi, S.H., M.H., dan Ibu Yulia, S.H.<\/p>\n<p>Acara Dimulai Pada Pukul 10.00 WIB., bertempat di Ruang Sidang Utama, dihadiri oleh, Para Hakim, Pejabat Struktural Dan Fungsional Serta Seluruh Pegawai Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh, dan para Undangan. Untuk memambah keberkahan acara pelantikan ini, pembacaan ayat suci Al-qur&#8217;an disampaikan oleh Qori Internasional Ustadz Takdir Feriza.<\/p>\n<p>Penandatanganan Sumpah Jabatan Disaksikan Para Saksi Dan Juga Tidak Lupa Menandatangani Pakta Integritas yang disaksikan oleh Ketua Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh. Dalam Sambutannya, Ketua Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh, Mengatakan Bahwa \u201cPelantikan Dan Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan janganlah hanya menjadi Seremonial Belaka, Melainkan Pemberian Tugas dan Wewenang Serta Tanggung Jawab Kepada Pejabat yang Baru Diambil Sumpahnya\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Acara Pengambilan Sumpah Jabatan Dan Pelantikan Panitera Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Banda Aceh diakhiri
